1. Start from a draft
The AI proposal is explicitly labelled an editable draft. Stakeholders review the journey stages, not a finished spec.
2. Confirm assumptions
Each assumption can be marked confirmed or left unresolved. Unresolved assumptions become meeting discussion points.
3. Export the summary
The export view renders a concise product-concept summary — stages, user actions, statuses, assumptions, and open questions — ready for a review meeting.
